Return Policy for Bidz.com Items

  • All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the item is not as described.
  • Some restrictions may apply and are subject to a 15% restocking fee**.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Auction Services such as Ring Resizing or Gem and Jewelry Report are not eligible for refunds or returns.
  • Apparel and footwear returns will be accepted only on unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise only.

If you are not satisfied with the item and the item is as described you may return it within 30 days from date of purchase for a Return Credit or Money Refund.

When creating an RMA you will have the option to select one of the following Refund methods:

Return Credit will be for the full purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and other services. The refund will be applied as Return Credit to your account. Return Credit does not expire and can be used at any time towards any future purchases.

Money Refund will be the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee, shipping, handling, and other services. This refund will be issued back to the form of original payment.

Once your return is received your refund will be completed typically within 7-10 business days from date of receipt.

How to Return Merchandise

A valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained before returning your merchandise!

  • You can obtain your own RMA number, online, by logging in to your account and clicking on the link Return Item. Along with your User Id and Listing #s, please provide detailed reasons for your return.
  • You can also obtain an RMA by logging on to Live Help or email us at customerservice@bidz.com
  • Upon approval, Customer Service will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization #.
  • Please print the RMA # on the outside of all returning parcels. Packages without a clearly marked, valid RMA # will be refused.
  • All items must be returned with all original packaging and materials (such as price tags, certificates, warranties and instructions) otherwise your return will be refused.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed once return has been accepted.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are refused by the customer or undeliverable and returned to Bidz.com will automatically be assessed a 25% restocking fee once package is received.
